Restaurant Style tandoori chicken at Home

Ingredients
1. Leg pieces put deep cuts into it from both sides.
2. Marinate it with thick yogurt, put ginger, garlic and green chilies paste into that yogurt.
3. Add One tea spoon kashmiri red chili powder for spicy taste.
4. One tea spoon red chilli.
5. Garam Masala one tea spoon
6. Turmeric one tea spoon.
7. One tea spoon Crushed coriander.
8. One tea spoon Cumin powder.
9. One tee spoon Black spoon.
10. Red chilli half tea spoon.
11. One tea spoon papaya powder.
12. Red food color.
OR: tandoori Chicken Masala which have all above ingredients.

Cooking Process
1. Mix all these spices with yogurt Put some lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Now apply the yogurt mixture on leg pieces.
3. To marinate these leg pieces put it into the refrigerator for overnight.
4. Now take some oil in a fry pan and cook these pices from both sides for 5 to 6 minutes with high flam.
5. After cooking feom both sides cover the frying pan for 7 to 8 minuts.
6. Now flip it once the time is up, put a piece of hot coal in it and pour oil on it and cover it. So that the tandoori taste comes. Give no more than one minute. Now take it out and keep it in a dish. And now the tandoori chicken is ready to eat.
