How to make Aaloo Ke Katlets, Potato Cutlets at Home

Ingredients
1. Boiled and mashed potatoes
2. Four table spoon bread crumbs / Rusk crumbs
3. Coriander
4. Mint leaves
5. Green Chili
6. Half table spoon red chili
7. Salt according to taste,
8. One table spoon of cumin
9. One table spoon crushed coriander seeds
10. One table spoon Chaat Masala
11. Mixed eggs

Cooking Process

1. To combine all the ingredients mix them very well, when the mixture gets ready, make Cutlets from the mixture,
2. Take required amount of oil in a frying pan.
3. dip Cutlet in egg mixture for layering, and put them into oil, fry both sides and delicious cutlets will be ready in after frying from both sides.
